How to login for the first time
Before you can access IMAS, you will need your username and an initial, randomly generated password. You should have received this information by email. If you do not have a username or password then please contact us by email at support@northairimas.co.uk.
Login
The first screen that you will be displayed with is the Login page:
Type your username and password and click "OK".
Change password
When accessing IMAS for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password. You will also be asked to enter a memorable question and answer for use in case you forget your password.
Please fill in all of the empty fields. To be valid, your password must meet the following requirements:
- at least 8 characters in length
- contain at least one lower case alpha character (a - z)
- contain at least one upper case alpha character (A - Z)
- contain at least one numeric character (0 - 9)
- should not include your username
Please note that the question in the image is only meant to be used as an example. It is strongly advised that you choose a memorable question with an answer that is not easily discoverable, since this information could potentially be used to gain unauthorised access to your account.
Once all fields have been entered, click "Change password". A message will be displayed confirming the success of the password change:
Click "OK" to complete the password change and display the Home page.
